Established in 1990, Kritz Properties specializes in providing quality accommodations in historic century homes and apartment buildings which have been updated and are well-maintained.
All the properties are within walking distance of the university or are located near to the city's vibrant downtown core. The wide range of units include bachelor and one-bedroom suites, mid-size apartments and larger homes suitable for families or groups of students.
Individual bedrooms are not for rent. The number of people suitable for each unit is a suggestion only. Come have a look and decide for yourself what will work best for you, your group or your family, subject of course to standard health and safety requirements.
